Hossa out, Morin in

Hossa will be out 2-3 weeks (lower body) after yesterday's collision with Boynton. Morin was already called up and practiced with the team today on a line with Sharp and Brouwer.

Crawford will make the start against the Blues tonight.

Lines from today's morning skate: (source: Marian Hossa out 2-3 weeks with injury)

Viktor Stalberg -- Jonathan Toews -- Patrick Kane

Troy Brouwer -- Patrick Sharp -- Morin

Bryan Bickell -- Dave Bolland -- Tomas Kopecky

John Scott -- Jake Dowell -- Jack Skille

  1. Nick Boynton should be scratched for the rest of the season, if not his life. The most basic thing any coach, any commentator, any guy who fights says to you is 'You don't fight when you're up by couple of goals. You just don't.'Because it changes momentum. Especially if you don't win the fight. Burish knew that, everybody knows that. Except for Boynton apparently. How many things did he screw up in the last two weeks?

Right now, I have no idea if they're gonna win or not, it's still third period (5-4), but I'm just so mad and no one's listening to me :D

  2. haha! Well, they won! And Boynton seems to be in some kind of desperation mode. I don't know maybe I'm just thinking that, because of all the talk about "off with Boynton's head." It's like he's trying to do too much or should I just say he's trying to do something. But what he needs to realize is he needs to do nothing. It would help himself and it would help us.
